Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Platform access and interface customization (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Service delivery based on Google Search Console data (contract performance, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Security, abuse prevention and technical monitoring (legitimate interest).

Data Retention

Data is retained for the entire duration of the account and subsequently for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations. Technical logs are retained for security and audit purposes for a limited period.

Analytics with Matomo EU

We use Matomo in self-hosted version on European infrastructure. IP addresses are not stored in full and there is no cross-site tracking. Collected data is exclusively statistical and anonymized.

Login via Google OAuth2

Platform access occurs exclusively through Google authentication. SEOdata receives from Google only the basic identifying data necessary for account creation and user experience customization. Google operates as an independent Controller for its own services. Access can always be revoked from your Google account security settings.

Third-Party Sharing

Data may be processed by technical providers (hosting, email, security) appointed as Data Processors. We do not sell data and do not use advertising networks or third-party tracking systems.

Data Transfers

All data resides in the European Union or Switzerland. Any transfers to third countries occur exclusively in compliance with GDPR safeguards (SCCs or adequacy decisions).

Information Security

  • HTTPS encryption in transit.
  • Restricted and monitored access.
  • Regular backups and alerting systems.
  • Segregated security logs.

Data Subject Rights

You may exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). Requests should be sent to info@seodata.app. You may always lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
